I created this product to help improve in a practical way the quality of life of clients who want to exercise with weights at home or at the gym without having to invest so much money in exercise products.

How can I adjust the weight of the FitBags?
FitBags are easy to use and change weight for your resistance. By combining the bags or sanbags to the desired weight. As you may already know, FitBags come with 3 bags or sanbags, one of 5lb and two of 7.5lb (which you fill when you receive them), combining the weights or using the bags alone at their original weight. For example, you can start with only the 5lb or 7lb bags, then combine the bags and create new weights according to the resistance level. Different combinations that can be made: 5lb + 7.5lb = 12.5lb, 7.5lb + 7.5lb = 15lb the combination of the 3 bags or sanbags 5lb + 7.5lb + 7.5lb = 20lb.
What exercises can I perform with FitBags?
They can be used as a dumbbell to work the entire body. From a simple arm dumbbells cure dumbbell curl, hammer curl, preacher curl, triceps kick back, bench press, chest flay, regular rows, individual rows to work the legs. Use as a kettlebell.
Are FitBags suitable for beginners?
Yes! Fitbits are great for beginners or for people who already exercise and want to do resistance training without having to buy a lot of equipment.
How should I care for and maintain my FitBags?
Fitbags do not require much care. They are made with highly resistant and durable material for daily use.
How do I make a purchase on the website?
You can pay with debit or credit card, and through Venmo or PayPal
How can fitness trainers incorporate FitBags into their routines?
FitBags are ideal for trainers with clients who do not have their own equipment as they are easy to transport and do not take up much space and your client does not have equipment to use.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on where I am but usually 1 to 2 weeks.
Do FitBags come with a warrants?
No.
What is the return policy?
You have to pay for the return shipping. You have 90 days to return the FitBags. You have to pay for the shipping and once we receive the package and everything is in order, you will receive the refund within 30 business days.

Its made with resisten poliéster cambas.
Do you ship internationally?
